I love meat on the grill, but the use of coal. A good piece of meat must be salt and pepper.

Lean New York court (most TBone)
Tender-Mingnon (the smallest part of a TBone)
Fat Ribeye

If you opt for cheap meat, tender, sweet and sour sauce to buy, cut into thin slices and cut skewers for kebabs.

What is pork, like chops, boneless, thick. You can also cut the skewers (thin slices and marinated)

First green peppers and onions and cut them into large pieces. Laid it on a wood skewer (soak in water for an hour), then sprayed with "Pam", and smeared with salt and pepper on them. Grill. Yum

I mixed vegetables cooked in foil, but it takes longer to steam.

There are a variety of massages and pickles are, but I buy the elite meat and they do not need.

The cooking time depends on the temperature of your grill. Pork should be made to 160 ^ and the meat is cooked, if you like meduin rare, meduim good and well done.

Good meat should never be done well. East is the best choice for delivering a good cut of beef.
