A diabetic can eat anything, is the world. Everything in moderation, like everything else. There's nothing like a diabetic diet either! If everyone ate in normal portions, see trans fats, sugar, etc., and eat more fruits and vegetables, we would all be healthier. He tries to gives all the things that we like to chew on ... and not stop the bombers! Portion control is the answer!

It depends on how you control your diabetes. It is a question to ask your doctor or dietitian. In general, the result is higher sugar, but naturally in small quantities. Dried fruits, especially grapes and dates are much higher. Concerning unsafe food, which depends on how these foods affect blood sugar. You need to check their blood sugar, a food diary and keep talking to your doctor and / or a nutritionist / dietitian.

New types of insulin in these days, diets for diabetics are not necessarily as restrictive as in the past. As with any medication or switch to a diet, you should discuss with your doctor. Fruit, have fresh or dried, a natural sugar in them to increase the level of sugar in the blood, so be careful with overeating. Not sure you nuts. Moderation is always key. I am diabetic for 18 years and only changed the types of insulin. I love it because it gives me more freedom in the moment and what I eat.

Diabetics can eat anything that you can not eat a diabetic. Simply adjust carbs / sugar. It is better for diabetics to eat carbohydrate-slow potatoes, peanut butter, vegetables, bread, dairy products, etc. VS. Fast burning carbohydrates, sweets, soft drinks, cakes, ice cream, while the rich in sugar. Want to know what your level of carbohydrates to insulin (insulin that you take an amount of carbohydrates to maintain). Depending on the amount of carbohydrates (sugar), which is set taken. And it should work. Natural sugars are better than processed sugar. So come on, if you want to eat the raisins and plums. It's a great book offers, which has a complete list of carbohydrates. CalorieKing calories, fats and carbohydrates My daughter Counter 2007 EditionR A 2006 edition and is wonderful! You can also update your site www.calorieking.com into new products. Some, but fresh fruit is best because of lower sugar. When the fruit is dried sugar changes and becomes softer than the natural condition. For example ..... Grapes and raisins. But like the other moderation is always the key mentioned.

The fruit is a natural sugar is good. When the fruits are dried, it loses moisture, making them stay with plenty of natural sugar. Therefore, reduced dry fried after drying. Nuts are theydon't proteins contain sugar (carbohydrates trace) Set is sure to check the label of honey roasted and everything. Back to the fruit, you need to know about carbohydrates. taken into account is the fruit you eat, you can depend on total carbohydrates, or exchange (the count method is used)

I can only say that my own experience. However, the fruit is either dried or fresh, a crab, a carbohydrate is a carbohydrate. Some fruits have as much sugar as candy. But the result is much better for you because you get more food for him. Becarful with nuts. You may be lower in carbohydrates, but they are usually high in fat.
