Trailer Lease Agreement .doc Should My Landlord Give Our Deposit Back?

Should my landlord give our deposit back? - trailer lease agreement .doc

My friend and I were the owner of the rent for a year and a half. The first year was a race to the trailer, and when our contract ended, we moved to a new trailer he had purchased, and in the top of the hill. The lease is for six months, six months after the adoption of the monthly rent per month. I think we get our deposit back from the 6-month lease, we have now empty. Reaffirms that each party to require a deposit for the following month.

You are not entitled to bail after his departure.

Probably partly depends on what the application was filed.

In some cases a deposit. In other cases, if necessary, compensation for the damage that may occur. In many it is a bit of both.

Although there is no need to deposit each month, it could be something else on failure. When the month was the month the agreement just for you with the knowledge that they have the tank, which could not be given written again.

Anyway, I think not surprised if she hangs in the tank for one reason or another, but you want to re-documented that it already has.

Although the lease expired 6 months, and conditions remain in force .... only difference is that now, a party may terminate 30 days to leave. His contract is not "empty" anyway.

Legally you are on your deposit after leaving the title ... less damage, unpaid rent / is behind schedule.

With a lease or month to month does not receive payment until you move. A security deposit is held to cover damages and rent back upon departure. Once you have your landlord has 30 days, the security deposit back. If you keep a part of it, it must send a detailed list of charges

wow a trailer again and your view to reaching an agreement.
Do you know how the courts will not matter, can the damage from a new trailer for tenants ...... The owner must think you very much.

So if you a discount or something, why not for a period of "liberation" from the owner.
The times are difficult, and most owners know just mentioned because ....... ..... again that the owners use in a new trailer, by his own words .......

Good luck

If you are still renting and month after month, just an extension of the original contract. Then the owner the right to retain the deposit. For if there is damage, the deposit will be used to provide damage.

The lease says that when you are back to month to month, then all terms of the lease in force in respect of deposits, noise, animals, the eviction notice, which allows the owner of the land, etc.

not if you rent an apartment, so he is entitled to keep the security deposit against damage, etc. .... If you move, if no damage is done and then be reimbursed at this time ... .
